Returns & Exchange Policy – Jute Brand

Please note that customized, logo-printed, or corporate jute bags are generally non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange options to ensure customer satisfaction where applicable.

Exchange Is Allowed If:

  • An incorrect size, model, or design is delivered
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

Important Note for Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate, promotional, or bulk jute bag orders, exchange requests are not accepted after final design approval, unless a clear production defect is identified. This is because customized products are made specifically according to client requirements.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or logo-printed jute bags
  • Promotional or corporate bulk orders (unless defective)
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items reported outside the return request period

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping, courier, or delivery charges are non-refundable
